Suitable for cleaning in the manufacturing and assembly of static-sensitive products. ESD Dust Removal Stick Operating Instructions: 1. Remove the outer packaging, clean the outer packaging, pass through the air shower, then enter the cleanroom. 2. Before operation, prepare the 5S: workbench, floor, equipment, chairs, gloves, tools, fixtures, trays, etc., and inspect with a microscope. 3. Gently pick up the stick with tweezers from the tray. Do not let the adhesive end touch any objects to avoid contamination. Hold the other end by hand. 4. Align the adhesive stick with the dust spot under a microscope or software, maintain a 60°~90° angle, and gently dab. Do not apply excessive force to avoid scratching or damaging the SENSOR. 5. Hold steadily during use. Do not shake back and forth or rub against the product to avoid scratches. 6. Each stick should be used no more than 15-20 times per product to avoid secondary contamination. 7. Keep used sticks away from the work area and separate them from clean sticks. Storage Precautions: 1. Store flat side up. Do not place on its side or upside down. 2. Store away from light. 3. Storage temperature below 30°C. 4. Shelf life: two years.
